Import from another helpdesk
Export your data from the old helpdesk. Fill the import template with it, or upload the Zendesk JSON, Freshdesk XML, CSV, XLSX or Help Scout output as it is.
Check the preview. Rows the template cannot read are refused with a reason, and you can download them.
Confirm. Recent conversations come in first.
The file does not fit the template? Ask in the help conversation and Helpbrook support imports it for you, free.
